How does it work?

The machine conductor creates a tiny spark of plasma from the tip (similar to a tiny lightening bolt). The tip does not make any contact with the skin. The plasma lightning jumps from the tip to the skin and evaporates, leaving a very small superficial brown carbon spot.

These small dots draw the skin together in their direct environment and stimulate and instant contraction and tightening of the skin fibres removing the appearance of excess skin.

We follow a specific pattern to set the points to look like a grid, depending on the area being treated an reason for treatment will determine the patter we follow.
How long do the results last?
​
The results rewind the damage tp the surface of the skin so once healed it is a permanent result until your skin naturally matures over the years, generally 3-5years.
How many treatments will I need?
​
One treatment is often enough depending on the skin type, severity of wrinkles and client's expectation. For some a 2nd or even 3rd treatment may be required to achieve the desired result. Most clients undergoing the treatment for excessive loose skin/stretch marks will need more then one treatment. these follow up treatments can be carried out after the full 12 weeks have passed.
What is the process?

The process involves dots of plasma arcs on the surface which activate the body to produce collagen elastin, this is that your body will continue to do over the course of 8-12weeks.
How long does the treatment take?

We allow 90minutes including time for the numbing cream to work for smaller areas such as eyelids, crows feet ect. For larger areas like the neck or belly please allow 2.5hrs.
Is there any downtime?
​
Although generally speaking there is no downtime with this treatment this can depend on each persons comfortability. If you are okay with going about your normal day with pink/red carbon dots then no - there is not downtime. Some people may swell, some may not it all depends on your recovery. It will take 7-14 days for the carbon dots to crust and fall off and for the first 4 days you will need to keep the treated area completely dry. After this time a mineral based makeup and zinc based spf can be applied.
When will I see results?

Results can usually be seen immediately, however full results will be visible at 8-12weeks.
